Why are sales from my feed not showing in Analytics?

A sale counts only when a shopper adds a product to the cart from your feed’s popup and then completes the order. If Sales from your feed shows —, sales tracking is off for your store.

Common reasons

• The tiles show — → Sales tracking is off. On Analytics, click Turn on sales tracking and approve it in Shopify’s dialog. Orders count from then on, not before.
• You turned it on a moment ago → Reload the page after a few seconds.
• Sales show 0 → No order yet included a product added from the popup. Shoppers who click through to the product page and add it there aren’t counted as feed sales.
• A test order isn’t counted → The order didn’t include a product added from the popup in the same browser.

Notes

• Note: The Sales column in the posts table appears once sales tracking is on. Sales per post are on Pro; on Free, the column shows Pro.
• Note: Discounts on a line are taken off before it’s counted.
