What happens when I switch from Pro to Free?

Your store keeps a live feed. Pro features switch off, but nothing is deleted. Start Pro again and everything comes back as it was.

What changes on your store

Feeds using Collage or Hero show as Grid.
Feeds other than your main feed pause. Sections showing them show nothing.
Hashtag feeds and the product-page filter stop. The feed shows all your posts.
Products show on your first 6 tagged posts, in feed order. Your other tagged posts keep their tags; on the Posts page they show Products not shown on Free.
Reels stop playing in the feed. They still play in the popup.
Stories leave your store.
New posts are no longer tagged automatically, and you can tag new posts only while you have fewer than 6 tagged.
Analytics shows totals for the last 7 days. Stats per post, 30 days, Trends and the funnel are blurred.

Your main feed, its posts, tags (all of them), pins and hidden posts.
All your feeds and their settings, saved in the app. A paused feed shows (paused) under Editing.

Note: In Feeds, a paused feed shows Paused on the Free plan with a Start 7-day free trial or Upgrade to Pro button.
Note: The same happens when the automatic 7-day Pro trial for new stores ends without a subscription. Home then shows Your Pro trial has ended.
