How do I cancel Pro?
Open Plans, click Switch to Free in the Pro card and click Switch to Free again to confirm. You see You’re on Free. Nothing was deleted.
- Click Plans in the app menu.
- In the Pro card, click Switch to Free.
- Click Switch to Free to confirm, or Keep Pro to stay.
- Note: Cancelling during the 7-day trial means you pay nothing.
- Note: If you’re in the automatic Pro trial and haven’t subscribed, there’s nothing to cancel: your store moves to Free on its own when the trial ends.
- Note: If you subscribed during the automatic Pro trial, switching to Free ends the subscription but not the trial. Plans shows Pro trial again, and your store moves to Free when the trial ends.
- Note: Each store gets one free trial. If you start Pro again later, it’s billed from day one and the button says Upgrade to Pro.
- Note: If you’re on your original Instafeed subscription, switching to Free ends it. Pro later costs $5.99 a month.
- Note: Uninstalling the app also cancels Pro.
