How do I let customers pick different variants in one tier?
Turn on Let customers mix variants in the Tiers section. On products with options, customers then pick a variant for each item in the tier, for example 2 items in Black and White.
- Open your offer from the Offers page.
- Make sure How items count is set to Each product on its own (shown when the offer covers more than one product).
- In the Tiers section, turn on Let customers mix variants.
- Click Save.
- Open a product with several variants on your store and select a tier of 2 or more to see one picker per item.
- Note: The switch is on by default for new offers.
- Note: Pickers only appear for products with more than one variant, and only for tiers of 2 items or more.
- Note: Sold-out variants are shown but cannot be selected.
- Note: All variants of the same product count together toward the tier, so the discount still applies.
- Note: For free item tiers, the cheapest items are free. Mixing variants cannot make an expensive one free.
- Note: Mix & match packs and Complete the bundle offers always show pickers, so the switch is not shown for them.
- Note: To avoid two quantity controls, turn on Hide the theme’s quantity selector in Settings.
