How do I schedule an offer?

Turn on Run on set dates in the Schedule section. The offer then shows on your store and applies at checkout only between the start and end times.

Steps

1. Open your offer from the Offers page.

2. In Schedule, turn on Run on set dates.

3. Pick a Starts date and Time. Leave it empty to start now.

4. Pick an Ends date and Time. Leave it empty to keep it running.

5. Make sure Live on store is on.

6. Click Save.

Notes

• Note: Times are in your computer’s time zone. The editor shows which one.
• Note: Times can be set on the hour.
• Note: Outside the dates, the widget is hidden and the discount does not apply.
• Note: The Offers list shows a Scheduled badge before the start and an Ended badge after the end.
• Note: Ended offers stay in your list. To run one again, change its dates and save.
• Note: To remove the schedule, turn off Run on set dates and save.

Error states

• “The end date must be after the start date.” → The Ends time is the same as or before the Starts time. → Pick a later end date or time, then save.
