What happens when I uninstall Zegsu Upsell?
When you uninstall Zegsu Upsell, Shopify removes everything the app added to your store. You do not need to edit your theme or delete discounts yourself.
What happens
Section titled “What happens”- Discounts: Shopify removes all discounts the app created, so no offer prices or free gifts apply any more.
- Theme: the app embeds and blocks (offer widget, cart drawer, recommendations) stop showing. Your theme’s own cart comes back.
- Checkout and after purchase: the order bump, thank-you page offer and post-purchase offers stop showing.
- Your data: offers, settings, translations and analytics are deleted 48 hours after you uninstall.
- Note: If you reinstall within 48 hours, your offers and settings may still be there. After 48 hours they are gone and you need to set them up again.
- Note: Uninstalling is free. There is no subscription to cancel.
