How do I create a mix and match pack?
Use the Mix & match pack template and choose at least 2 products. Customers fill a pack with any of those products, and every item counts toward the tier.
- Open Offers and click Create offer.
- Click Use this on Mix & match pack.
- Click Choose products and pick at least 2 products.
- Check that How items count is set to Mix & match across these products.
- Edit the tiers, for example 2 pack at 15% off and 3 pack at 25% off.
- Click Save and go live.
- Note: You can also turn an existing offer into a pack. Under How items count, choose Mix & match across these products.
- Note: All products cannot be used for a mix & match pack. It needs specific products, or collections, tags or vendors.
- Note: On the product page, customers choose each item from all the products in the pack, shown as “Product – Variant”.
- Note: The offer shows on the page of every product in the pack.
- Note: Every product in the pack counts toward the tier at checkout, in any combination.
- Note: With collections, tags or vendors, the pack has no fixed product list. Each product page shows the tiers for that product, and every matching product in the cart counts toward the tier.
